Service Description

During this consultation, Dr Giselle will update all relevant health information/progress in your file, conduct relevant physical/chiropractic assessments, and provide chiropractic treatment if indicated (NIP adjustment(s) and soft tissue modalities, lifestyle advice) or facilitate referral if chiropractic care is contra-indicated. The extended follow-up consultation is ideal for returning clients of Mindful Chiropractic who: - have injuries/pain/discomfort in multiple regions of the body and require more extensive soft tissue work in these areas - have a new injury/condition which requires additional note-taking and examination - have not had a consultation within the last 6 months and has updated medical information that needs to be added to their file - requires/prefers more extensive soft tissue work - would like to spend designated time discussing possible lifestyle changes/approaches (e.g. stress management, nutrition, exercise) You can best prepare for this consultation by wearing comfortable clothing.
